I have to laugh. Every time an artist gets the job they stop doing the thing that helped to earn them the job. That is, they stop updating their sites! It is unfortunate. They can't release work until it is published. They can share work they are developing as it might infringe on the work they do at work. Basically, they are turned into art zombies and many do not have the energy to do personal work as that is what they do all day long.
This is a bummer. I urge you as fans to not lose heart! You may find that a few creators never stop. Not everything they produce or practice sketching is ever shared or published! But the artist and other creatives never really stop.
Keep supporting the creatives you love and you will see more stuff that they do.
