From a latenight to a workout or sleep.

I never know what my day or night will be like. I do know that I have plans before and after the day of work.

Lift heavy or light or sleep. Some times I have a child waiting up for me. That is always a surprise as I some how complete their day. Still I need to get me time in to. That is how I stay sane. ~ Enjoy!

Twitter is fun - Blogger is better.

I like the immediate twitter updates. I like the concept of sharing information and ideas quickly. However blogging allows for more complete thoughts and ideas. Links to video and othe sites is far more tangible and fulfilling with a blog. I might slowly bring my thoughts back to the blog in a more complete way. ~ Enjoy.
