I really wanted to try something beyond the STARWARS blue default. I wanted to give a bit of a future feel with a thought on how to make holograms more solid but still have a slight transparent feel to remind you that it is not real. Here are 2 images from where I started at pen and ink to the final digital.
I like how it turned out. It feels alright.
